Sensus Fidelium

Sensus Fidelium (Sense of the Faithful). In the lecture 1/1113, I was talking about the "democratizating" effect; of Proverbs (Ceresko, p.45) and related it to the idea in Catholic Dogmatic theology where all believers (meaning, the faithful, not only the magisterium) help elaborate Christian truth.
